Goat Cheese and Fennel Crumble or Spring roll of scallops, bacon and mushrooms served with Fennel sauce or Slice of Duck Foie Gras served with Onion Marmalade
Main course
Duo of Fish (The type will vary according to what is available) served with Blood orange Sauce and Vegetables or Crusty Breast of Duck served with Chesnuts, a Fruit of the Forest Sauce, Mashed Red Hubbard Squash and potaoes
Cheese
Selection of two French cheeses served with lettuce or Roasted Mont-d'Or (cheese) served on a Pear Party and lettuce
Dessert
Hot Pear Soufflé with sorbet or Hot Chocolate Cake served with Grand-Marnier ice-cream or Homemade Nougat Glacé or Homemade Custard Flan with Prunes-a local speciality-served with Vanilla ice cream or 3 scoops of Homemade Sorbets served in a Biscuit (Grape-Fig-Apple)
The desserts have to be ordered at the beginning of the meal all our ice-creams and sorbets are homemade
